2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, chunk style, drained
3 (2 1/4 oz.) cans shoestring potatoes
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushroom pieces
1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimientos
Dump all ingredients into crockpot, cook on low 4 hours.
OR
Dump all ingredients into greased 2 quart casserole dish and mix.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
