We love this recipe. It’s quick, easy, hearty and cheap and we often take the ingredients on camp-outs and it feeds four.

Brown and drain: (for campouts, we do this part at home and take in zip lock bag)
2lb ground beef browned and drained
      1 large onion, chopped

      Add:
2 15oz cans Ranch Style Beans (add entire contents, this makes the sauce)
Worcestershire sauce – 4 good shakes or to taste
      Salt to taste
      Pepper to taste
Stir all until hot and serve with bread. This is an awesome cold weather meal. :coldwithsnow:
It’s really fun to serve in big tin coffee mugs or handled soup bowls, especially around a campfire!

Buying ground beef on sale, I can feed 4 for right around $5.00.

To feed 2 people, use 1lb ground beef and 1 can ranch style beans for about $3.50 to fix.

To feed more than four, add another can of Ranch style Beans to stretch the recipe.

Will have to try this next time we go camping. Would be great in a dutch oven over the coals.
