2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 lb sirlion tips (can use beef stew cut meat)
2 bell peppers
2 large onions
lemon
Simply cut chicken and beef up into pieces, slice up onion and bell peppers, place on kabob sticks and squeeze lemon over kabobs right before grilling. Servings: 8

Make sure if you’re using wooden skewers that you soak them for 20 minutes or so first, otherwise they’ll catch on fire and the food will fall off. Haha, I learned that the hard way.
