      Cake Mix Christmas Cookies:107:
      1 pkg. cake mix (chocolate, cherry, lemon – your choice)
      2 eggs
      1/2 cup shortening
      1 Tbsp. water
      1/2 cup nuts
      Mix all together.

      Shape in 1″ balls and roll in confectioners’ sugar.
      You may want to chill dough before rolling. Bake 10 to 12 mins at
      375°. Can freeze dough and save for the holiday;-)
