mosCake Box Cookies
18-oz package cake mix, any flavor
1/2 cup butter, softened1 egg
Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, softened butter, and egg with a mixer or with a spoon until the dry ingredients are moistened and the dough is thoroughly mixed.Then stir in any additions if desired.
Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 9 to 12 min.Cool the cookies for 2 min on the cookie sheets, then remove to wire racks to cool using a wide and thin spatula.
Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. Makes 30
