Cajun Red Beans and Rice
1 pound of breakfast sausage ( the cheapest you can find, on sale is great!)
1 box Zatarain’s Red Beans and Rice
In a deep pot, brown down the sausage until no pink shows on the meat. Add the water, margarine and contents of the box to the cooked sausage. Cook according to package directions until done. If budget permits, add a tossed salad to round out the meal. Great winter dish on a cold day!!!
