4 avocados
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
5 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp hot paprika
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
tortilla chips, for serving
In a serving bowl, mash together avocados, lemon juice & salt. Fold in remaining veggies & seasonings. Serve with tortilla chips.
