½ cup AP flour 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 cup milk 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a zip type bag, add flour and cajun seasonings. 3. Pour milk into a shallow bowl. 4. Dredge chicken in the milk; then place in zip bag and shake until well coated. 5. Put the chicken in a prepared baking dish. Bake @ 350 for 30 – 40 minutes or until juices run clear.
