      This is a wee bit different from Jaime’s recipe —
      Café Vienna II
      1/2 cup instant coffee crystals
      2/3 cup sugar
      1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
      1/4 cup powdered coffee creamer
      1 tsp cinnamon
      1/4 cup instant butterscotch pudding mix
      Measure all of the ingredients into a medium bowl. Mix well using a wire whisk. Transfer the mixture to a jar with a screw top lid or other re-sealable lid. Store in a cool, dry place. To use mix: Place 2 teaspoons of dry Café Vienna Mix into a coffee cup. Add about 3/4 cup hot water. Stir well to blend and serve.
      The directions make one serving, so if you need a gift for a person — place this in a baggie in a ‘special’ mug and include the directions so that they can make a special drink, but use the mug that you gave them for a long time;-D
