Makes: 4 servings, about 3 cups each
1 bag (10 oz.) torn romaine lettuce
4 medium plum tomatoes, sliced (about 2 cups)
1 can (14 oz.) quartered artichoke hearts, drained
2 pouches (3 oz. each) starkist flavor fresh pouch® tuna (albacore or chunk light tuna)
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
1/2 cup KRAFT Light Golden Caesar Dressing
1/4 cup kraft grated parmesan cheese
place lettuce on serving platter or 4 individual plates.
top with rows of tomatoes, artichokes, tuna, carrots and peppers.
drizzle with dressing. sprinkle with cheese.
special extra: garnish with 1/4 cup small pitted ripe olives.
