1 small cabbage, chopped
1 stick margarine, melted
1 1/4 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mayo
2 eggs
1 cup grated cheese
Steam cabbage. Melt margarine in casserole dish (long dish); sprinkle with some Ritz cracker crumbs. Spread cabbage over crumbs.
Mix soup, milk, mayo & eggs together. Pour over cabbage; top with cheese & crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
