Butter

I buy it on sale. I put it in the freezer for future use.

I buy both salted and unsalted butter.

I do not use margerine.

A little butter goes a long ways for flavor.

I beat 1 lb softened butter with 1/2 cup water and 1 cu virgin olive oil and store in old margarine tubs.
