      Burn 100 More Calories

      Vacuum for 20 minutes
      Walk (with or without the dog) for 24 minutes
      Jog in place for 11 minutes
      Swim easy laps for 13 minutes
      Jump rope at a moderate pace for 9 minutes
      Wash your car by hand for 21 minutes
      Stretch, Hatha yoga style, for 30 minutes
