Ingredients
7 oz. lean ground pork
3 tsps. maple syrup
2/3 tsp.
salt
½ tsp. ground sage
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp.
onion powder
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well blended. Divide it into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a 4″ patty.
