Bullseye Beans
Bullseye BBQ Sauce (your flavor choice)
1 can Pork and Beans
yellow mustard
brown sugar
1-2 onions, diced
bacon bits
Drain the pork and beans and put in a pan. Add BBQ sauce, brown sugar, onions and bacon bits. Squeeze in a generous amount of mustard. The quantities are up to you. Mix well and warm them. Depending on the size of the can of beans, you can make as litlle or as much as you need.

This sounds positively tasty…especially for summer cookouts. Can’t wait to try this one. -

This is one of those ‘play-with-me’ recipes until you get the right combination for your family. I love it as is for camping trips — gotta have beans on a camping trip! Or as you said, a great side for summer cook-outs!

Just had a thought…I bet the left overs would be good with sliced hot dogs as a quick meal the next day…or with browned burger…or left over diced chicken…hhhmmmmmm….Doubt I wait until summer grill outs. lol I’m going to have to try this one much sooner. 😉

This is a great meal to make a large batch as you’ve already considered adding sliced hotdogs, etc. Have fun…make it your own and let me know how it turned out;-D -

With additions, starts to remind me of the ‘cowboy stew’ we sometimes make. Will post the recipe separately.
