      As soon as you get the flour home, re-bag it in freezer

      ziplocs. Freeze it for 24 hours, then take the bags out

      and store them as you like (or leave them in the freezer).

      Freezing for 24 hours will kill any critters that are

      living in the flour when you buy it.
