Buffaloe Chicken and Potatoes 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce 6 cups frozen southern-style hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 cup ranch dressing 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 10-oz can cream of chicken soup salt and pepper, to taste 2/3 cup crushed, cracker crumbs 3 tbs butter, melted 1/4 cup chopped green onions Add all ingredients in order to crockpot. Stir well. Cook on low 6-8 hours on low, stirring occasionally.
