This is a wee bit different from Countrygrl21’s recipe, hence the name… This is also a great recipe to use up leftover chicken, so make it for potluck or for a snack for your family!
Buffalo Chicken Dip II
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup classic ranch dressing
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 tbs chopped green onions
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Combine all ingredients except onions in medium bowl. Spoon into shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min or until heated through. Stir.
Sprinkle with onions. Serves 32
