I started planning “our summer” months ago. I checked out where we
want to go on the net and print off the price list so I know how much
it’s going to cost etc. We are doing tons of day trips and days at
the beach are cheap! We pack a lunch and all our beach toys etc and
stop at the farmers market on the way to look around and buy some
fresh fruit and veggies. I also have a piggy bank that I use to save
money just for our summer outings. I try to put $20.00 pay cheque in
it and am selling stuff we don’t need any longer and putting the
money in there from that. I made $17 the other night and it felt good
to add it to the pot!
