My DD (6) used to be “sensitive” to fruit acids. Mostly citrus and
peaches. Most of the fruit smoothies I have made had at least 1 C of
plain yogurt (or cream) in it to dilute the fruit.
It also will cut
the sugars if using juice with sugar or preserves that are pre-
sweetened.
1 C yogurt
1 icecream scoop vanilla icecream
4 cubes of frozen raspberry preserves
or
2 C slushy OJ
1 C yogurt
2 mango slices when available, or half a starfruit, or 1/4 of a banana
