Yes, I have frozen milk with no problem, but with Half and Half, even if you
shake it up, it won’t blend. If you pour it into coffee, you end up with a
bunch of curds floating around, and the coffee looking like you put skimmed
milk into it. Tastes horrible.I was disappointed, because I am always
running out of Half and Half, and after the successful milk freezing
experiment, I was hoping to be able to have an “emergency” supply of Half
and Half in the freezer!
