I like mixing distilled or boiled water with 1 T. of quality baby shampoo and 1 T. baby oil. I purchase baby wipes from the Stork Warehouse, which is a WAHM who lives in my area. She has really nice high quality cloth. An idea is to keep the water in a small spray bottle and spritz it on the cloth wipes. (I do this if they are wet only, we do cloth diaper but I just can’t with the wipes). You could also use the high quality paper towels and spritz them before using. I found the bounty paper towel recipe to be too wet and it got nasty after awhile. Nicole
