Herleans<<< I explained it in a later email that I only put down $450 and I pay $418 per month for my mortgage. Our lender found two local programs which assisted with down
payment and supplemented your interest on the house. because of hubby’s prior military service, we were able to use his gi bill which meant we did not need pmi.

we also have super low taxes here because the home is older. i think last years propertytaxes were $18!
