Brownie Tiramisu
6 brownie squares
1/4 cup brewed strong coffee, cooled
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups milk
3.4 oz pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping, divided
2/3 cup raspberries
1 tsp grated semi-sweet chocolate
Cut brownies into bite-size pieces. Place in 6 dessert dishes. Drizzle with coffee.
Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix. Beat on low speed 2 min. Add 1/2 cup whipped topping. Mix well. Spoon over brownies.
Top with remaining whipped topping, berries and grated chocolate. Serves 6
