You need to go directly to the manager instead of the people who are supposed to fix it. When you do, you need to have written down each and everytime you took it in and what was fixed and not fixed. If the manager will not do anything to help you, then go to his boss usually the district manager.
Keep going until you get results that you are satisfied with. If neither one of them will help you look into the consumer advocacy reporter for your local tv or newspaper or both and see if they can get some answers for you.
