Maria, I don`t think it would be wise to use a glass baking ware pan.
It could crack or break at such a high heat. Do you have a jelly roll
pan? If you do, use it. I always use a jelly roll pan to broil steaks
in. To make it easier to clean up, I use a sheet of foil to line the
pan with, then throw the foil away. I do haveto wash the pan, but don`t
have to scrubb or soak it
