Broiled Flank Steak Marinate steak with lime juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, and pepper. Refrigerate for at least one hour or can go overnight. Broil to desired doneness, slice thin, and serve. Mashed potatoes and steamed zucchini are good sides.
Steak and Spinach Salad Slice steak. Toss with mushrooms, grape tomatoes, spinach, feta, and Italian dressing. Can substitute any tomatoes on sale (or home grown;->); don’t like raw mushrooms, use croutons; feta can be substituted with your favorite crumbled or shredded cheese. The Italian dressing will bring out the flavor of the original marinade, so try NOT to substitute! LOL!
