Broiled Bananas with Honey

      6 bananas, split lengthwise
      2 Tbs honey
      2 Tbs lime juice
      cinnamon

      Arrange banana halves cut-side up in a large shallow baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp honey & 1/2 lime juice over each half. Sprinkle with cinnamon & broil 4 inches from heat for 3-4 minutes, or until tender.
      Serves 6
