I forget where I got this recipe from, but it’s a healthy one.:tongue:
2 c. fresh chopped broccoli, cooked and cooled
1/4 c. light sour cream
1 Tbs. minced onion
1 Tbs. fat-free mayo
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. chili powder
In a food processor/blender combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve dip with fresh veggies or tortilla chips.
