Our dinner tonight was so quick and easy and good!
5 cups of water
1pkg (16oz) frozen broccoli cuts
2pkgs (3oz) chicken ramen noodles
1/4tsp of garlic powder
3 slices of cheese cut into stripsIn a large pan bring water to a boil, add broccoli and return to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Then break up the noodles and add to water and cook for 3 more minutes, stirring occasionally.Remove from heat, stir in contents of the ramen seasoning packets and garlic powder and the cheese. Stir until cheese is all melted and Enjoy!

Last night we couldn’t think of anything that we wanted to eat. But wanted to use up a leftover cooked pork chop. So we, heated a skillet with a small amount of oil, added 1/2 chpd, onion, 1/2 diced jalapeno, 1 minced garlic clove.
While this was sauteing, I filled a bowl with hot hot tap water, dropped the noodles from the Ramen noodle packet in to let them soften a bit. Then we sliced the leftover chop thinly, added that to the pan of veggies. Then we added a package of frozen Stir Fry Veggies to the pan, along with the seasoning packet from the Ramen noodles, when the veggies were just about done, drained the Ramen Noodles, and added them, and warmed it all up together, for about 5 min.
It was yummy. Im sure that a lot of you have done this before, but if you would like this “recipe” posted in recipe format, let me know , i will be more than pleased to do it.
