Broccoli Mac and Cheese
1.5 cup leftover broccoli
13-16 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz gorgonzola cheese
4 cups low-fat milk
19 oz whole wheat elbow macaroni
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cornstarch
Place all ingredients inside crockpot except for broccoli. Mix the ingredients together and set slow cooker on high for 2 hours. Place broccoli in a food processor, make sure the vegetables are minced and set aside. Add broccoli and cornstarch to slow cooker and stir and cook for an additional 20 minutes on high. Serve immediately. 8 servings
