This is pretty much a meal in itself, so vegetarians…pay attention;-D Broccoli Almondine 2 lb pkg frozen broccoli cuts 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tbs lemon juice 2 cups cheddar, grated 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 cups crackers, crushed 1/2 cup slivered almonds Prepare broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Place broccoli in a greased 9×13 casserole.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese, and soup. Pour mixture over broccoli. Top with crackers and almonds.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serves 10 as a side dish or 5 as a meal.
