2 cups Bisquick or MYO baking mix
1/4 cup sugar
1/8-1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
pinch ground cinnamon
pinch ground ginger
2 Tbsp butter-softened
1/2 cup milk
1 eggTopping:
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter-melted1. Heat oven to 400°.
2. Grease a 24 ct mini muffin pan.
3. Mix baking mix, sugar, nutmeg, butter, milk, and egg. With an
electric beater, beat for 30 seconds.
4. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake 10 minutes.
5. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Quickly roll the hot minis in
the melted butter, then in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.Makes 24 breakfast minis.
