1 1/2 lb. loaf whole wheat setting , I like the light crust setting on this one
1/4 c oatmeat
1/8 c cornmeal
1 1/8 c boiling water
2 T butter or veg oil
2 T molasses
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c whole wheat flour
2 C bread flour
1/4 c dry milk powder
1 T gluten
1 1/2 tsp yeast
add oatmeal and cornmeal to heat-proof bowl. Pour in boiling water, stirring to prevent lumps.
let mixture cool for 20 min, stir, pour it into the bread pan, and add the rest of the ingredients in the order given.
