I forgot who asked about their breadmaker and their
bread being hard but here’s my input.
First off make sure you LIGHTLY spoon the flour into
the measuring cup. This is very important it needs to
be fluffy, dont pack it or bang the measuring cup to
settle it.
The next step is to make sure you use good water. I
live in southern california and our tap water is
horrible. Use bottled or filtered water, Im sure
you’ll notice the difference.
Make sure everything is measured precisely.
Also maybe your flour is many years old or your yeast
is. Make sure your ingredients aren’t years old.
If none of this works then I would say there is
something wrong with the breadmaker.
