I use to make wonderful bread in my bread machine but lately, I end up with
short, fat bricks instead of light, fluffy bread. I have changed yeast, I have
changed flour, still bricks. Anybody have any idea what I am doing wrong? When
we did try and eat it, we had to have a huge glass of liquid to drink with it,
it was so heavy, thick and dry, it would stick in our throats! I went back to
getting the on sale bread at the store, but I would like to start making whole
grain bread at home. I plan on searching the archives for recipes, but if you
have not sent one and have a great recipe, could you please share it?
Thanks!
Melissa
