      I have also used them to make Italian bread crumbs to use on chicken

      fillets, etc. I waited until they were a little stale and then rubbed

      them over a grater to make fine crumbs. I loaded them in a 9×13 pan I

      had spritzed with oil and then seasoned them with an Italian seasoning

      blend and spritzed the crumbs too. I just kept spritzing and

      seasoning until I thought it looked good. I baked it in a 350 oven

      probably about 20 minutes but it would depend on the quantity you did.

      I did have to “break” them apart occasionally as they tended to stick

      together because of the oil. Over all it was pretty easy and they

      keep for a long time.
