I have a Hitachi HB-B201. It’s about 10 or so years old!! I’ve never
had a problem w/bread sticking. It has several options that I can
remove the bread at the dough stage and bake in my oven if desired.
I’ve made bread and rolls (cinnamon rolls too!!). I LOVE this machine
as I can also cook rice and make jam in it! It’s so easy to use, put
in the ingredients, turn it on and 3-4 hrs later, fresh bread!
