Bow-Tie Pasta with Shrimp
12-oz pasta
12-oz shrimp, cooked or frozen, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup bread crumbs
clove garlic, minced
1 tbs basil
Boil water for pasta and cook according to package directions.
Meanwhile in large electric skillet on low heat add olive oil, spread, garlic, lemon juice, shrimp and cheese.
Stir and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes till flavors meld.
Add bread crumbs and basil, stir.
Drain and rinse pasta-return to pan.
Add shrimp to pasta, toss to mix.
Serve and enjoy!
