One teaspoon is equivalent to one large boullion cube.
Soup base is just the base ingredient of stock for your soup, like a veggie base, chix, or beef. It’s your main flavor of your soup. You can use stock, boullion, etc to get a base, or if its a chowder- cream & butter.
