My favorite smoothies use frozen bananas and whatever fresh/frozen fruit I happen to have around, a little milk to help make it more liquid, and occasionally some yogurt or orange juice. I doubt I have made many repeat smoothies – I just add a little of this and a little of that, and I have never had a bad one. Its nice when I have say, one or two peaches going bad – freeze for smoothie. My son thinks he is really getting a treat, and I am getting his fruit and fiber down him. Virg.
