3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
6 Tbs cocoa
2 cups warm water
2 Tbs vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup crisco oil
2 Tbs vinegarMix all above ingredients together.
Filling:
1 (8oz) cream cheese
1 (12oz) bag mini chocolate chips
1/3 cup sugar
1 eggMix ingredients for cakes together. Fill cupcake pans two thirds full. Put one teaspoon of filling in each cupcake.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
