If you wash them well, then spread them out on a cookie sheet so they’re not touching each other (important!) then freeze them for 4-6 hours, you can put them in a Ziplock bag which makes them plyable like frozen vegetables, but also if you find a recipe or want to make crepes or something that only requires 1 cup, you can easily scoop them out since they’re frozen individually instead of having to thaw a chunk/block.
