Black Bean Tacos 1 1/2 tsp paprika 1 1/2 tsp dried Mexican oregano 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp crushed red peppers 1 tbs honey 1 tbs lime juice 1 1/2 cups leftover black beans (any leftover beans or lentils are good, too) 4 to 8 corn tortillas Combine spices, honey, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix in beans.Heat the mixture in microwave oven for 1-2 minutes. Warm corn tortillas on a hot griddle. Add bean mixture to tortillas.
Top with favorite sauce and serve with favorite sides. Serves 4-8, depending on sides
