3 1/4-oz envelopes unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 bottle sweet sparkling white wine 1/4 cup white sparkling decorating sugar
Combine gelatin and granulated sugar in large microwaveable bowl. Stir in wine. Let stand 3 min or until gelatin is softened. Microwave on high 3 min or until gelatin and sugar are dissolved, stirring after each min.
Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Dip bottom of pan in warm water 15 sec. Un-mold gelatin mixture onto cutting board. Cut gelatin into 5 rows, and then cut each row into 5 pieces. Top with sprinkles. Makes 25 squares
