Big Mac Pizza – Keto!
I made fathead dough
1 1/2 c mozzarella
2 tbsp cream cheese, melted together (in the microwave for 30 seconds at time, stir until smooth)
while melting cheese together, Mix the following in a separate bowl,
1 c Almond flour
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
When cheeses are melted, mix in the Almond flour mixture… use a spoon at first then when it starts to take shape use your hands, you can add some more almond flour if it’s too sticky…
when formed, roll out and poke holes all around with a fork and bake for 10 to 14 mins at 425.. (then add a layer of special sauce, followed by meat toppings)
Big Mac Special Sauce
1/2 c mayo
3 tbs sugar-free Ketchup
1 tbs mustard
finely diced dill pickles
(combine and mix well)
then the cheese:
Toppings: to the baked crust, add special sauce, then a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, ground beef, bacon, onion, and more cheddar cheese.
Baked it about 10 minutes and then topped with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and a drizzle of more special sauce… it was so good, best of all, it was low carb 😋

Another Idea- use Italian seasoning in the dough, then make a low carb white sauce with ricotta, add sautéed mushrooms and spinach.
