      i recommend this recipe for a neat cake in a coffee mug.

      my son-in-law makes this for his lunch at work and everyone drools over it.

      we made up a few of the different packets and bought some nice coffee mugs and gave them as christmas gifts 2 years ago. Our friends have now asked for more cake packets so I guess I’ll give the recipes for a stocking stuffer this year.

      Try the fudge/caramel you can get to put on ice cream. They come in a small jar (10 oz or so).

      Just put a spoonful on the warm cooked cake/brownie.

      If not a true clone, suggestions would be appreciated as to what I could try to substitute for the chocolate “goo” that you put on top of the cake mix before you microwave the whole thing.
