      4-5 Cans of butter beans (large limas) drained.
      4-5 Cups water
      1 small cottage butt pork
      1 pack cubed ham
      salt & pepper to taste

      throw it all in a big pot & simmer for 2 hours or until the butt comes apart easily with a fork

      serve with jiffy corn muffins

      I like mine crumbled into the soup
