Unfortunately, the only way to lose Belly fat is to lose weight overall. Cardio (walking, jogging) is good for that, so are sugar reduction food plans. I don’t run.. at all, from anything, let alone for fun/fitness. What has worked well for me is the fitdesk.
I’m literally sitting on it right now. You set your laptop or tablet on the fitdesk table and pedal away. It tells you how many calories you’ve burned, you can change the settings if you have weaker knees, etc. I love it. I’ve had it a few years now, use it every single morning and every single night. When we get ready to watch tv at night, I burn at least 300 calories.
