    Belgian Style Waffles
    1 cup flour
    1 tbs sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg yolk
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup milk
    3 tbs butter, melted
    1 egg white, stiffly beaten
    Preheat the waffle pie iron. Mix all ingredients (except egg white) in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Fold in the egg white.

    Pour about 1/2 cup of mix into the waffle iron, close and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side. Tip: use a light coating of corn oil cooking spray to prevent sticking. You can save time and reduce mess at the campground by making batches of the dry ingredients ahead of time at home.

    Store each batch in a Ziploc baggie until ready to use.
